Who we are

Hamlet Podiatry Clinic (registered as Hamlet Podiatry) is a sole-practitioner podiatry clinic run by Michele Osborne at 8 Great Spilmans, Dulwich, London SE22 8SZ. We are the data controller of the information you provide to us.

What we collect

When you interact with this website or book an appointment we may collect:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Your phone number
  • Information you choose to send us via our contact methods, including WhatsApp and email
  • Medical information relevant to your podiatry care (provided in person or at the time of booking)

How we use your information

Your information is used only to:

  • Book and manage your appointments
  • Provide your podiatry care safely and effectively
  • Contact you about your appointments or follow-up care
  • Keep accurate clinical records as required by the HCPC
  • Process payments securely through our third-party booking provider

We do not send marketing emails and we do not share your information with any third party for marketing purposes.

How we protect your information

  • This website is served over HTTPS with SSL encryption
  • Clinical records are held securely in our practice management system (Cliniko), which is a CQC-registered data processor
  • Access to your personal information is limited to Michele only
  • We do not store payment details on our website — card processing is handled by our booking provider

Cookies

This website uses a minimal set of cookies, including session cookies required by the embedded Google Maps widget and our Cliniko booking system. We do not use cookies for advertising or tracking. You can disable cookies in your browser settings.

Third parties

The following third parties process data on our behalf:

  • Cliniko — appointment booking and clinical records (UK-based, CQC-registered)
  • Google Maps — for the map embed on our contact section
  • Vercel — website hosting

Your rights under UK GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you
  • Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
  • Ask us to delete your information (subject to our legal obligation to keep clinical records for 8 years after your last appointment)
  • Ask us to restrict how we use your information
  • Object to how we use your information
  • Ask for your information to be transferred to another provider

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
